Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping (inside Finland)
Domestic shipping fee is 5,90eur / package. Free shipping for all orders over 150eur (order sum calculated after any possible discounts); remember to select the free shipping at checkout.
At the checkout you can choose if you wish your package to be delivered via Posti or as Lähellä-paketti via Matkahuolto. In cases you would like your package to be shipped to a Post package automate, or to a specially defined Lähellä-paketti package point , you need to leave a comment to the checkout form comment field. Otherwise the package will be delivered to your closest Posti or to the closest Lähellä-paketti package point.
Eluded Fibres ships globally to all countries where there is normal mail service available. All packages are shipped from Finland, from within EU.
For each country there is a country specific flat rate shipping fee, which means you can purchase as much as you want for the same price. All orders over 150eur (order sum calculated after any possible discounts) will be shipped free (remember to select the free shipping option at checkout). You will also have the option to add more items to an already made but not yet shipped order by selecting the dedicated shipping option at the checkout.
Shipping costs connected to any possible wholesale deals are to be discussed separately.
All international shipments are sent with tracking. No that the receiving address cannot be a P.O BOX address.

The above list is for reference only. In case there are any discrepancies between the above list and the webshop shipping rates (you can see the shipping rate at checkout before paying), the webshop shipping rate is the valid one.
According to EU consumer law, you have 14 days to return your item which you have bought from the Eluded Fibres webshop. You need to notify of the return before shipping back the item (not picking up a package from post office or not accepting it is not a notification of return! Non-returned packages are not always returning back to sender but in some cases they are destroyed by the Post, in which case I will not refund the item value). Return shipping cost is on the responsibility of the customer and you must keep a forwarder receipt as proof of your delivery back. All items need to be returned in their original condition. Refund is made after receiving the returned items.
In case you received extras with your order, you must also return them if you returned your partial/whole order. Otherwise their value will be deducted from your refund. In case you return part of a package deal or a deal which warranted discount on the total purchasing value, the package deal or discount becomes invalid for all the items you purchased (also the ones you did not return), and will be considered in the amount of refund.
I don't exchange products, but you can always make a new purchase.
Customized or personalized products/orders are not covered by the return right.
